Siddhi joined Valuation Consulting in May 2024, specialising in the valuation of businesses, shares, intellectual property rights, and other intangible assets.

Prior to VC, she completed an MBA from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) in London, where she consolidated and built on her experience in corporate finance and valuation, gained through her work with EY India in their tax advisory practice. Whilst there (for four and a half years) she focused on advising clients on structuring transactions, optimizing overall tax costs, undertaking due diligences, and reviewing transaction documents. She has developed industry expertise in sectors ranging from private equity, real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, to consumer retail and industrial products.

In addition to the above, Siddhi is a Chartered Accountant (since 2016) and has worked in a number of accounting roles where she has gained experience in preparing and finalizing management accounts, finalising audits, and ensuring timely compliances.
