After graduating from the University of Oxford with a D Phil and an M Chem in Chemistry, Mark trained as an accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, qualifying in 2007. He then went on to work in finance roles across both commercial and not for profit sectors, most recently as the Group Accountant in a listed Healthcare company.

As Group Accountant he was responsible for valuing the lease assets and liabilities in the audited annual accounts and conducting annual impairment reviews on intangible assets.

In 2020 Mark joined VC to further his practice and experience, and to be dedicated entirely to the valuation of business assets, Intangible Assets and Intellectual Property.
