Noel joined Valuation Consulting in April 2019 to support the growth and commercial development of the business.

He was previously the Principal of Start Murphy Limited since 2008, a management consultancy advising business and professional practises in the UK and abroad. Prior to this Noel worked as a Director for Reed PLC, Business Director for Baker Tilly LLP, Executive Director for London Enterprise, Sector Director for Manpower, Chief Executive of Business Link for Norfolk, and as Chairman of the East of England Business Link.

Noel has extensive knowledge of the IP and Intangible Asset industry having hands on experience of running an IP practice over the last 12 years, and throughout his career has focused on identifying opportunities for growth through the development of new clients and collaborations, business acquisition, business operations, and the development of boards and partnerships.

In his career, he has won and delivered accounts with leading brands including Swiss Post, American Express, Ford, E.ON, Sony Ericsson, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tesco, Nokia, and an extensive range of both small and medium size enterprises.
